The inquiry form collects your name, email and project details. You may also provide company, country or region, WhatsApp number, equipment interest, project scope, dimensions and capacity. Do not include confidential drawings, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.

How inquiries are used and stored

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database for FORTRAN to review and respond to your business request. Access to the inquiry management area is restricted to the website owner. The website records submission time, privacy-notice consent and a pseudonymous network identifier for spam prevention. It does not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Email and external services

Email notifications and CRM forwarding are not currently enabled. Clicking an email link opens your email application. Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, where that service’s privacy policy applies. The website and inquiry database use managed hosting infrastructure.

Cookies and analytics

No optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies are enabled by this website. Owner access to the inquiry management area uses the hosting provider’s sign-in system. No Google Analytics or Tag Manager scripts have been activated.

Your choices

You can contact sufortran@gmail.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted. Information is kept for handling your inquiry and the resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
